The Institute is a 501c3 charitable organization whose services are provided at no charge to local nonprofits. We help nonprofit organizations learn and apply principles of organizational excellence to achieve and sustain the highest possible level of performance.
As a result, participating nonprofits enhance their sustainability and their capacity to serve constituencies.
Our expert trainers are subject matter experts who understand the unique challenges of nonprofits. They’re not just teaching theory; they’re equipping you with real-world tools, peer-driven insights, and the kind of strategic guidance many organizations say they struggle to access. Goal-setting, forward thinking, and long-term board planning are core elements of focus.

• An Introduction to the Institute’s Available Services and
• A Preview of our Guided Self-Assessment Program
We will review the services the Institute provides to organizations like yours. We will also discuss the process for participating in the Institute facilitated Self-Assessment Process to compare your organization to nonprofit best practices.
We are inviting Executive Directors, and would encourge you to also bring your Board Chair or other staff or board members.
