The Institute Welcomes Nandita Pathak as Executive Director
Dear Community Partners,
On behalf of the Board of Directors, I am writing to share news regarding a significant transition in our organization’s leadership. After more than 15 years of dedicated service, Bob Novello will be stepping down from his role as Executive Director. He will shift his Institute volunteer focus to Subject Matter Expert (SME) work with nonprofits and special projects.
Over the past decade, Bob’s vision, steadfast leadership, and commitment to our mission have been instrumental in driving the growth, efficiency, and impact of The Institute. We owe him a tremendous debt of gratitude for his years of exceptional service.
Following a thorough transition-planning process, the Board is thrilled to announce that Nandita Pathak will succeed Bob as our new Executive Director, effective August 1, 2026.
Nandita brings a wealth of experience, energy, and leadership capacity to The Institute. We are confident that her background and strategic vision will build upon the strong foundation Bob established, guiding us into an exciting new era of growth and community impact.
